Historic Property Ownership – Workshop

Dade Heritage Trust, The City of Coral Gables and The Villagers hope to dispel myths, rumors, voodoo and incorrect assumptions about historic designation as we present a free workshop to educate and enlighten residential and commercial property owners about the financial and aesthetic benefits of historic designation.

Learn how, as an owner of an historic property, you can financially benefit while contributing to Greater Miami’s sense of place. The workshop will be held at the Coral Gables Museum, 285 Aragon Avenue, Coral Gables.
